Try this warming cup of Turmeric Latte for a healthy creamy Autumnal drink that is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

1 cup plant-based or whole milk.⁣
1 teaspoon golden latte powder⁣
1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice (honey, sugar etc.)⁣

Heat up the milk in the microwave or on the stove. Add the latte powder and mix together. Once that heats up, add to a mug, add the sweetener and froth or drink as it is!⁣
